Available in a range of colours and sizes from 8ft x 8ft (2.4m x 2.4m) and with different window and door layouts to create your perfect space. It is fully insulated and lined as standard. The walls and roof incorporate highly efficient foil backed polyurethane insulation board to retain warmth in the building.

Specifications for this building

• Each building individually made to order in our workshop in Cambridgeshire with a range of options to suit your requirements.
• Made with quality Scandinavian redwood 15mm shiplap boarding on sturdy 70mm x 36mm framework
• Standard eaves height 2.14m (7ft).
• One 1.0m x 1.0m double glazed window with side opening sash and top vent included with single 78cm (2ft 6in) wide half-glass double glazed door. Choice of brass or chrome ironmongery.
• Roof made with 12mm exterior grade plywood on sturdy purlins with long lasting (10 years +) heavy duty 40kg polyester based roofing felt fixed with a layer of felt adhesive.
• Insulation and lining of walls and roof with 40mm Celotex or similar foil covered insulation board with 12mm tongued and grooved lining, architrave and skirting boards.
• Floor insulation with 50mm polystyrene.
• First fix wiring for light and sockets ready for completion by your electrician (or we can recommend and liaise with a local electrician).
• 1ft (30cm) roof overhang at front or 4in (100mm) overhang at both ends depending on design.
• Sadolin Classic wood preservative treatment included in addition to standard light brown
preservative base coat. Colour choice: Antique Pine, African Walnut, Natural, Light Oak.

• Double timber doors 1.1m wide, with longer glass in place of standard 78cm wide single door.
• Additional double pane window 1.0m wide x 1.0m high, double glazed.
• Additional triple pane window 1.5m wide x 1.0m high, double glazed.
• Extra wall height 7ft 4in (2.2m).
• Pressure treated base bearers
• Felt tiles – red, green, grey or brown.

Delivery & Installation

Our prices include delivery within a 30 mile radius of Cambridge (other areas priced on request) and we offer a professional assembly service by our own team of installers.
Base work is priced on request for a suitable paving slab or concrete base made to the correct dimensions and specifications.
